1. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the INDOKONA platform strictly for lawful and ethical purposes.
Users must comply with:
All applicable Indian laws and regulations
Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Policies
INDOKONA’s Terms, Privacy Policy, and usage guidelines
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communication
Spam, phishing, or unauthorized messaging
Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or business
Any activity that may harm end-users, Meta, or INDOKONA’s platform integrity
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
All activities conducted through their account
If any unauthorized access, data breach, or suspicious activity is detected, users must:
Notify INDOKONA support immediately
Take necessary steps to secure their account
INDOKONA will not be liable for losses caused by user negligence in securing account access.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to:
Pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, and usage costs on time
Maintain valid billing and payment information
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of services
Permanent account termination in case of repeated non-payment
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by INDOKONA.
4. Data Protection & Consent
Users are fully responsible for:
Obtaining explicit opt-in consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages
Providing lawful notice and opt-out options to end-users
Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
INDOKONA acts only as a technology service provider and does not control or verify user-collected data or message content.
5. Compliance with Meta (WhatsApp) Policies
Users must strictly follow:
Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
Commerce and template messaging rules
Quality rating and user feedback guidelines
Violation of Meta policies may lead to:
Message restrictions
Suspension or termination of WhatsApp Business API access
INDOKONA is not responsible for actions taken by Meta due to user policy violations.
